The delicious recipe for Nanner'-Choc Bread Bundle:
2 cups flour (all purpose)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1-2 tsp cinnamon (I like Saigon Cinnamon)
4 ripe mashed bananas
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup butter room temp
2 eggs room temp
1 cup sugar (caster)
1 cup mini chocolate chips/ semi sweet *I like Nestle best, I feel like the disperse and melt better than other brands.
Pre-heat Oven at 325 F or 165 C
Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with PAM or butter it up.
Mash bananas, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl, I use a pastry blender. Set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another small bowl. Set aside.
In electric mixer (or with a handheld) beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then add banana mixture. After combining, slowly add flour mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips by hand with spatula and mix well. Pour the batter mix into loaf pan and set in oven to bake.
It should take 60-70 minutes of baking time.
* I did cover my bread for the last 10 minutes of baking time with foil to prevent further browning.
Set a timer.
It will make the house smell goooorgeous.
Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
:D
