Valentine's Day is just around the corner...
This is a "no rules" project.
I love to experiment with mixed media, it's so refreshing.
This piece has layered papers,scraps,charms,nettings,and lace. I used both Mod Podge and a glue gun, then sprayed it with varnish at the end.
I attached the red feather to the back with wire.
It sparkles in the sunshine, especially the crystal crown on the vintage girl.
The fun "secret" is, nobody knows what these sayings mean (to me......) So this piece is kinda like a valentine to myself. Different? Maybe. I don't care, I like different.

ReplyDeleteI really love this look. I could put it anywhere and it would make me happy. I have always loved the collage look, but the mixed media is even better. Might have to try something :P
