So I've had this tunic for a LONG time. It just didn't flatter me. I loved the print, so I kept it, knowing someday........
I cut the tunic off just under the arms, then rolled the waistband area down, and sewed a casing. It now has an elastic waist which provides an easy fit, perfect for a comfy day. I think it's fab with purple tights and my glitter shoes.

You can do this too!
Take ANY top,sweater, tunic, or dress you don't like anymore and cut it up. Easy directions to make a skirt can be found here and here.
