Self Recovery Recipe: Minty Sea Salt Body Scrub

First let me explain why I needed this recipe:

We had a wonderful day out at Ickworth Park, with lost of walking and chasing after a determined toddler.

(Yes, my Mia.) Once I was home I felt whipped, and needed some R&R.

So, on with it. Here is the Sea Salt Body Scrub, because you will need it too, one day...

SUPER CHEAP!

Combine all ingredients.

(I used approx 1/2 cup salt and 1/8 cup oil. Mix it to your desire-you can easily add more salt while making it. Just be sure it's somewhat "spread-able"...)

package it pretty

Perhaps a glittery lid, or maybe some ribbon....use glue and embellish as you like it.

This keeps for 2 weeks by the tub, or 4 weeks in the fridge.

 I used mint extract for a cooling effect, but any extract would be lovely.

Add a printable as your label if you like.

ahhhhh...take me away Fabio...I mean Calgon.  heehee

All ingredients were from my kitchen. This is a baby food jar with a spray painted lid.
 Total expense =  25 cents!

You could add essential oils to it for a wonderful smell, such as Lavender or Ylang Ylang.

mmmmmm
