Twirly Ruffle Skirt in pink!

I made this skirt for a neighbor girl--we are going to her 7th Birthday party this Saturday. She loves all things pink.


The Petticoat underneath is pink,red, and orange polka dots!




I even put my tag in it--hee hee.
