Recycled Patchwork Pillow with Rainbow Ruffles

Front view

Back View:

Made with 100% recycled materials, including old jeans, old t-shirts, and previous stuffing from a tired pillow.

I love color, so I made the ruffles from tshirts, gathering them in the center.

All the stitching is in color too- red, orange, yellow, green, and blue.

The process:

See the colored threads?

Mia is holding her beloved tea cup here, she walks around all day saying "Wanna cup-a-tea?"

I've had the tiny cherries forever...finally they are put to use.

I think they are super cute!

I'm entering this in the "Stitched in Color" pillow contest. Join in the fun!
